Returns and Exchanges

 

In the extememly unlikely event that you have not fallen in love with your purchase, Dirty Pretty Things will happily offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie within 14 days of receipt. We check all our items before they are sent and kindly ask that they be returned in the perfect condition we sent them in (un-used, un-washed and in re-saleable condition with all tags attached).

 

When making a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Please contact our studio at info@dirtyprettythings.co.uk highlighting your desire to return or exchange your items.

 

2. Please include proof of purchase (printed copy of confirmation email or copy of invoice included in delivered item). If you want to exchange the goods, please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to despatch of replacement goods). Please also include a daytime contact number.

 

3. In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. WIth faulty goods, we will refund the total cost of the goods and postage. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase (included in the packaging sent and received by email) and by registered post only. Dirty Pretty Things cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any toys, nipple tassels or personal care products, unless they are faulty and returned within the warranty period of 30 days from purchase.

 

Return of sale items

 

Unfortunately, all sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty. However, this does not affect your statatory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regualtions, which can be viewed by clicking here.

 

Return of faulty or incorrect products

 

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will happily refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage. Please return the items following the above instructions and remember to maintain proof of postage. Dirty Pretty Things cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit when returning items to us. Once we have received the items, we will process your refund or ship the correct item to you as soon as possible, yet not exceeding 14 days in either case.

 

Cancellation of an order

 

You have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 14 days after the goods were received. Should you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to websales@dirtyprettythings.co.uk detailing your order number, name and address. We will then contact you by email to confirm your order has been cancelled and your money refunded using the same process used to purchase your goods. If goods have already been dispatched, you will be required to return the goods to us. Once the goods have ben received, we will then action the refund within 14 days of receipt. For this reason, we strongly advise using signed for delivery to ensure you can track the progress of your return.
